NJ police chief accused of harassment by officers

A police chief in North Bergen, New Jersey is at the center of a disturbing investigation. Five officers have filed official claims accusing Chief Robert Farley of graphic workplace harassment, including alleged physical assaults and sending offensive items to their homes.
