New bill to block congestion pricing

A new bipartisan bill is being introduced in Congress that aims to put a roadblock in the plan to charge you up to $15 every time you drive into the busiest parts of Manhattan. That bill is being introduced by Bergen County Congressman Josh Gottheimer. He joined Good Day New York to discuss.
