
Reusable bags piling up in NJ
Four months ago, New Jersey banned single-use shopping bags at stores. An unintended consequence of the ban has been residents accumulating piles of reusable bags with every delivery of groceries. So now, lawmakers are considering modifying the law to allow groceries to be delivered in paper bags or boxes.
