Shaq returns to Newark

Newark native Shaquille O'Neal celebrated the opening of a basketball court that was refurbished thanks to his foundation and a corporate sponsor. He also spoke at an event celebrating a soon-to-be-completed residential tower informally called Shaq Tower 2.
