Police arrest suspect after man was randomly slashed in Harlem
NEW YORK - The NYPD say they have arrested a man accused of randomly attacking a 27-year-old man in Harlem on Valentine's Day.
The suspect, Khalief Young, 28, is facing two counts of second-degree assault after he allegedly slashed the victim in the neck on 132nd Street and 7th Avenue.
Authorities say that the victim was taken to Harlem Hospital and is in stable condition.
