Adams 'hasn’t been feeling his best'—where is NYC’s mayor amid rumors, raids?
NEW YORK - This week, embattled New York City Mayor Eric Adams is on partial leave, limiting his public schedule to ‘undergo routine medical tests’, fueling rumors.
"Over the last few days, Mayor Adams hasn’t been feeling his best," Deputy Mayor for Communications Fabien Levy said in a statement.
The timing of his absence during a week of deportations and funding freezes has many jumping to conclusions.
Especially as President Donald Trump's mass deportation efforts intensify, with federal agents conducting raids throughout the city.
