Nonprofit profile: HEART 9/11

Former PAPD Lt. Bill Keegan founded HEART 9/11 after the Sept. 11 attacks. The organization is made up of current and former police officers, firefighters, laborers, electricians, ironworkers, and carpenters who respond to communities affected by disasters.
