Penn Station shooting suspect busted

The NYPD charged Marvin Bruce of Brooklyn with assault, attempted assault, and weapon possession in connection with a shooting outside Penn Station. Police escorted him out of the Midtown South station house on Thursday afternoon to bring him to central booking.
