Woman denied bail in cop death

Jessica Beauvais, 32 of Hempstead, admitted to drinking and smoking marijuana before plowing into NYPD Highway Officer Anastasios Tsakos. She was in Queens County Criminal Court Tuesday where the judge denied her bail.
