NYC cop faces assault charges

Police Officer Vincent D'Andraia, 28, faced a judge via video on assault, attempted assault, menacing, and harassment charges in connection with shoving a protester to the ground in Brooklyn. The judge ordered D'Andraia to stay away from the protester.
