Cuomo: NY is past high point of coronavirus, but "no time to get cocky"

New York Governor Andrew Cuomo said at a press conference on Sunday that New York appears to have gotten past the peak of coronavirus infections, but that the current news is only good "compared to the terrible news we were living with."
