Meteorologist Mike Woods says we have clouds and showers moving through the region Friday morning. The rain will be heavy at times with the possibility of a thunderstorm coming through as well. The rain will end later in the morning and into the afternoon as a cold front passes. Highs will be in the lower 60s. Skies will clear out later in the day leading to a mostly clear night with cooler temperatures. Low: 40 degrees. Dry skies return for the weekend with temperatures near normal.
