Massacre in Thailand
An investigation is underway into a shooting rampage in Thailand on Saturday that left more than two dozen people dead. The suspected gunman is a Thai soldier who stole rifles and machine guns from the army base where he was stationed. The soldier, identified as Sgt. Maj. Jakrapanth Thomma, shot multiple people at various locations in Korat, a city about 160 miles northeast of Bangkok, according to authorities. The gunfire ended at a popular shopping mall, where sharpshooters killed Thomma.
