Mother of boy allegedly killed by NYPD officer speaks out

Justyna Zubko-Valva, the mother of 8-year-old Thomas Valva, is speaking out, saying her son’s death was preventable after his father, NYPD officer Michael Valva and his fiancée, Angela Pollina, allegedly forced him to sleep in a freezing garage, leading to his death.
