Smithsonian Museum exhibit honors same-sex couple from Yonkers

43 years after being married in a civil ceremony in Canada, Yonkers City Councilman Michael Sabatino and his husband Robert Voorheis are the focal point of a new exhibit on marriage equality called “Illegal to be You: Gay History Beyond Stonewall" at the Smithsonian Museum.
