Schmidt's Candy

Schmidt's Candy, a candy shop in Woodhaven, Queens, has been around for about 90 years. Margie Schmidt, the owner, makes all the candy herself by hand. She says she works 16-hour days to get all the candy, such as candy canes, the store needs for the holidays.
