Controversy over bike helmet laws

The NTSB believes communities should require cyclists to wear helmets because it will save lives. But Transportation Alternatives, an advocacy group, called the NTSB extremely misguided and that requiring helmets for all cyclists would destroy the growing bike-sharing culture.
