Staten Island Democratic Rep. Max Rose in limbo over impeachment inquiry into President Trump

The impeachment inquiry is leaving Rep. Max Rose, the first Democratic congressman to represent the largely conservative borough in a decade, in a complicated position. He has written that impeachment would “only tear our country apart,” but said in a recent statement that he found recent developments “deeply alarming.”
