Deadly fishing accident

Two men from New York City who were fishing on the Muscoot Reservoir in Westchester County were killed when their boat capsized Monday. Another fisherman spotted the boat and the bodies just before 7 a.m. Tuesday. State Police and the NYC Department of Environmental Protection responded to the reservoir where they found the 12-foot aluminum rowboat overturned.
