From silverware cleaner to restaurateur

Victor Navarrete came to the U.S. hoping to work, learn English, and then go back to Mexico to fulfill his dream of becoming a math teacher. But life had other plans. He started from the very bottom at an Italian restaurant in Brooklyn and is now one of the owners.
