Shots fired at skyscraper case

Police in New York arrested a suspect in connection with gunshots fired at a Manhattan high-rise apartment building from the other side of the river. Authorities said Farris Koroma, 22, walked into a police precinct house with an attorney early Friday. He is charged with charged with criminal possession of a weapon, reckless endangerment, and criminal mischief.
