New Haven overdoses

Police have arrested two people in connection with the dozens of K2 overdoses near Yale University in New Haven. Detectives fear the potentially deadly synthetic marijuana is still on the streets, which is why people are still overdosing. Police have increased patrols around New Haven Green, where most of the overdoses happened.
