Eric Garner's mother confronts the mayor

Four years ago this month, Eric Garner died in an encounter with police officers on Staten Island. Now disciplinary proceedings are moving forward against NYPD Officer Daniel Pantaleo and Sgt. Kizzy Adonis, the supervising sergeant who was on the scene when Pantaleo placed Garner in a chokehold.
