Wolf hybrid stolen

A hybrid wolf that had been turned into an ecology center by its owner after it became too aggressive has been stolen. Nakita, a Mackenzie wolf, was included in a story by Fox 5 News in 2017 about the dangers of owning wild and exotic animals.  On Monday, the Suffolk County Police Department launched a ground and aerial search for the stolen hybrid wolf.
