NYCHA settlement

Saying the nightmare is beginning to end for NYCHA residents, U.S. Attorney Geoffrey Berman announced that his office has filed a consent decree with New York City, which includes the oversight of a federal monitor for public housing. Mayor Bill de Blasio said it was a tough decision but the right one.
