VIDEO: Kids throw rocks at boy

Police are investigating an incident captured on video purportedly showing a daycare worker encouraging children to throw rocks at another kid in a playground in Arkansas. A worker at a daycare center in Forrest City quit her job and filed a police report in April saying she witnessed a boy pick up rocks and throw them to the ground. A teacher then told students to toss rocks at that boy to teach him a lesson, the former worker said. She captured part of the incident on cellphone video, which she gave to police.
