Girl becomes Boy Scout

Grace Gaffney, 9, has been camping out with Boy Scouts for years. But now she is officially part of the pack. This Staten Island cub is the first-ever girl to join Boy Scouts in New York City. On Thursday, she was honored at the organization's  annual business meeting in Midtown.
