Long Islanders line up to prepay taxes

Thousands of Nassau County residents spent their Friday ahead of the holiday weekend braving the bitter cold to pay their tax bills early. Under the GOP tax bill, property owners will be limited to a $10,000 deduction in state and local taxes starting next year.
