Northwell's hospitals revamping menu

Michelin-star chef Bruno Tison has 40 years of experience at some of the best restaurants in the world, including a Michelin-starred restaurant in France, where he was born, and the Plaza Hotel, where he was executive chef. Now the French chef is on a new mission. Northwell Health Care System has hired him to revamp the dining experience for its patients.
