Toys for Tots donations stolen

A real-life Scrooge is on the loose in Westchester County. Police say the humbug has stolen Toys for Tots donations, which should be going to children in need. The toys were stolen sometime this week from Toys R Us locations in White Plains and Yonkers and a Modell's in Yonkers.
