Bystander describes subway rescue
It was a scary situation as commuters frantically tried to rescue a man who fell unconscious onto subway tracks Thursday morning at the Avenue H station in Flatbush, Brooklyn. Liliana Vicente said she had never saved anyone before. She and two others then climbed down onto the rails and helped pull the man back onto the platform. Vicente doesn't consider herself a hero. She said she did what she hopes anyone would do.
