Menendez jury deadlocked

Jurors weighing the fate of Sen. Bob Menendez in his trial on bribery charges told the judge they cannot reach a unanimous verdict. The federal judge sent the jurors home and directed them to return Tuesday and continue deliberating. Menendez is accused of accepting gifts in exchange for political favors from a wealthy Florida eye surgeon. The senator said he is innocent.
