Whitefish Energy loses Puerto Rico contract

Six weeks after Hurricane Maria, just 30 percent of the island is back online. Whitefish Energy, which was awarded a $300 million contract to handle Puerto Rico's power restoration efforts, has been pulled. The day the storm hit, Whitefish had just two employees.
