Description: At 6:16 a.m., an MTA bus with passengers on board was making a right turn when a charter tour bus registered to Dahlia tours, and driven by Raymond Mong, came barreling through the busy intersection, hitting the city bus with such force that it spun around facing the opposite direction. The impact also destroyed Kennedy Fried Chicken on the corner.
