Second Chance Ceremony

Last year alone, the FDNY responded to more than 1.7 million calls, many of them are for people in medical distress. At the FDNY's 23rd annual Second Chance Ceremony, eleven patients -- ages 2 to 84, all survivors of cardiac arrest -- were reunited with the very people who helped save their lives.
