SECURITY VIDEO: Stabbing suspect

The NYPD said that James Harris Jackson turned himself in to police and was arrested on a charge of murder, two days after his victim, Timothy Caughman, staggered into a police precinct bleeding to death. This security camera footage shows Jackson fleeing the scene of the stabbing.
