Lochte apologizes

Olympic gold medal winner Ryan Lochte issued an apology Friday regarding his "behavior" during the Rio Games that included the vandalism of a gas station bathroom and a heated exchange with authorities in Rio de Janeiro after a night out partying with three teammates.
