NYPD launches quality of life crackdown

The NYPD has launched a new pilot program aimed at tackling quality of life issues across five precincts throughout the city. The initiative focuses on addressing complaints about open drug use, homelessness, illegal parking, ghost plates, and e-bikes driving on sidewalks. FOX 5's Arthur Chi'en has the story.
