NYC cracks down on illegal dumping in parks

Dumping trash in a New York City park is about to get a lot more expensive. City officials are launching a new crackdown on illegal dumping in green spaces—especially in the Bronx—where construction debris, old furniture, and even bathtubs have been left near playgrounds.
