NYC families rally for stricter e-bike regulations

Advocates are rallying for Priscilla’s Law, a proposed bill that would require all e-bikes and e-scooters in New York to be registered and have license plates. The law is named after Priscilla Loke, who was tragically killed in 2023 by an e-Citi Biker who ran a red light while she was legally crossing the street in Chinatown.
