A new survey shows nearly 70% of people aged 18-34 prefer texting over calling, with many assuming an unexpected call means bad news. Now, a professor in the United Kingdom is teaching a seminar on how to make and receive phone calls, as many students struggle with the skill. Fox 5’s Jodi Goldberg has the story.
