More delays in Gilgo Beach serial killer case

Now there are more delays in the Gilgo Beach serial killer case on Long Island. The suspect, Rex Heuermann was back in court on Tuesday, but there are several issues that the prosecution and the defense are still trying to work out. FOX 5 NY's Michelle Ross has the latest.
