DOJ suing Hochul, NY state over immigration policy

The Department of Justice has filed charges against the state of New York, as well as NY Gov. Kathy Hochul, for allegedly failing to comply with federal law by shielding illegal immigrants, new Attorney General Pam Bondi announced on Wednesday. FOX 5 NY's Hayley Fixler has the details.
