Judge blocks Trump's buyout plan, states to sue DOGE

A federal judge has temporarily blocked President Trump’s plan to offer buyouts to federal employees, delaying the initiative until a court hearing next week. Meanwhile, attorneys general from 13 states, including New York and New Jersey, plan to sue to stop Elon Musk’s Department of Government Efficiency from accessing federal payment systems.
