Connecticut man killed in DC plane crash honored

Christopher Collins, a beloved volunteer at Lucky Dog Refuge in Stamford, CT, was one of the victims of the tragic midair collision between an American Airlines plane and a Black Hawk helicopter near Washington. He dedicated his free time to walking and caring for rescue dogs, logging over 150 hours of volunteer work in just one year.
