NYC neighborhoods lose cops to subway patrol plan
Gov. Hochul made headlines earlier this month when she announced plans to have cops on every overnight subway train, but for this to happen it means deploying more officers to the transit system. FOX 5 NY's Michelle Ross explains how this initiative is taking officers away from some neighborhoods.
