NYC subway lines running after facing severe delays
Service is back up and running after multiple lines were impacted by a loss of third-rail power near 59th Street Columbus Circle. The B and C trains were suspended in both directions while the A, B, C and D trains were stopped between 59th and 125th Street. FOX 5 NY talked to some riders who were stranded by the outage.
