Manhattan DA's office says stores can ban shoplifters
The Manhattan District Attorney's office is utilizing a decades-old tool to upgrade some shoplifting charges to felonies. It requires a store employee to serve what's called a trespass notice. FOX 5 NY's Michelle Ross explains.
