NYC Congestion pricing begins: 'I think it's crazy'

Congestion pricing in New York City is now in effect. Most drivers entering Manhattan's congestion zone will face a $9 toll. FOX 5 NY?s Michelle Ross spoke with drivers in the city who noticed traffic was a bit lighter today, but they?ll see if that holds up and if there?s a way to get home without paying the toll.
