Driver plows into crowd, killing 10 in New Orleans

At least 10 people were killed and more than 30 injured in New Orleans after a man "hell-bent on creating carnage" drove a pickup truck into a large crowd of people celebrating the new year in the famed Bourbon Street area, authorities said.
